As a custom machine shop, we are quite unique in our capabilities. With over 29 Screw Machines and 17 CNC Lathes, we build custom parts and product solutions to customer specifications for some of the world’s largest companies. When most think of screw machining they think about small parts being made by the hundreds of thousands, however, we offer much more than this. Much of what we do is made on our larger screw machines.
Offering Cost Advantages
With our 6 and 8 spindle machines we can produce diameters from 4 inches to 4 feet in length. We can be quite competitive on medium-sized runs. And with our CNC capabilities we can add detailed features while maintaining cost advantages.
